Our Balloon Recycling Program

At bash., we’re all about throwing memorable parties—without throwing away our planet. That’s why we’re thrilled to announce our brand new balloon recycling program, in partnership with Balloon Mission and TerraCycle®. Now, you can bring the fun and feel good knowing your balloons aren’t headed straight to a landfill.

How it works:

Whether you grabbed your balloons from bash. or brought them in from elsewhere—we don’t judge!—you can now drop off any used balloons at our Barrington shop, and we’ll take care of the rest.

We’ve teamed up with Balloon Mission and TerraCycle, the experts in hard-to-recycle materials, to ensure your balloons are actually processed, not just tossed.

What you can recycle:

✔️ Latex balloons (even if they’ve popped)

✔️ Foil/Mylar balloons

✔️ Balloon scraps and ribbons

Just remove any weights or clips, and place your balloon bits in our clearly marked bash. recycling bin next time you stop by.

Why it matters:

Most balloons, even biodegradable ones, take years to break down in the environment—and when improperly disposed of, they can be harmful to wildlife and ecosystems. At bash., we believe every celebration should leave behind memories, not microplastics.
